Many of you probably remember my 152EX/DX activation
in January 2024. I believe that
the design and quality of the QSL cards
was very good and no one
was disappointed.
Thanks to that trip, I gained valuable knowledge about the local realities in the Maldives. That is why
this time I made an ambitious
plan to activate two other islands (including one uninhabited) by day trips in addition
to the base island.
Initially, I wanted to make these two additional islands as QRP 6W (FT-818) + T2LT or Bamby. Later, however, I thought, why not follow the example of the largest groups on the band and ask the 11m community for help, especially the island hunters?
I managed to find someone in the Maldives who will lend
me two 45Ah car batteries, which should be enough for 6-8 hours of operation. However, the cost of renting a boat to get to the islands will be much higher.
That is why
I am proposing that you become

Although the primary goal of sponsorship is to help create opportunities to activate new IOTA from 152, I also provide significant benefits on two levels as a gesture of gratitude.

152EX/IOTA AS-013 TOUR PLAN:
Islands name to be annouced after 152 leaving. This tour will as holiday style, but more for radio than for holiday ;)
The exact schedule (on air hours) will be available on the WhatsApp group for sponsors.
27.01 – 152EX/AS-013 (Hulhumale Island: https://islands.upway.pl/1_1.php?ID_is=82251) – 100W + dipol antenna.
28.01-4.02 – 152EX/2 (new one IOTA, QTH Omadhoo Island https://islands.upway.pl/1_1.php?ID_is=82619) – 300W, bamby antenna (1QQ).
3.02 – 152EX/1 (new one IOTA, Hangnaameedho Island https://islands.upway.pl/1_1.php?ID_is=82617) – 100W, 4-11:30utc, skypper antenna, 2 car baterries, 330 QSO.
1 day between 31.01-3.02 – 152EX/3
